Polish VISA REQUIREMENTS for holders of ordinary passports
Citizens of the following countries are not required to be in possession of a visa when entering Poland for less than 90 days:

The other countries has to aply for a visa.
Documents to be submitted while applying for a tourist visa:
Students:
- passport (has to be valid three months longer than the last planned day of stay in Poland; required to bare an empty page provided for visa sticker)
- visa application form signed, and filled out by the passport owner (all questions are required to be answered clearly and in full)
- 1 current picture (photo)
- photocopies of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th as well as the page showing the validity of the passport and the last page of the passport
- visa fee (to be paid in YTL in cash at the visa desk)
- hotel and airplane ticket booking
- school/university certificate/ID
- documents showing applicant's financial resources
